Rambus Loses ITC Invalidity Rehearing Over Chip Patents

Law360, New York (July 25, 2012, 7:48 PM ET) -- Rambus Inc. on Wednesday failed to overturn the U.S. International Trade Commission's absolution of LSI Corp., STMicroelectronics Inc. and others facing patent infringement allegations from Rambus, after the ITC upheld its previous determination that the semiconductor chip patents are either invalid or not infringed.
