Law360, New York (July 26, 2012, 5:34 PM ET) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce has preliminarily determined that lifting anti-dumping duties on certain carbon steel products from Germany and South Korea would likely lead to a recurrence of the dumping, according to a notice set to run Friday in the Federal Register.
The finding came as a result of Commerce's third sunset review of anti-dumping duties on certain corrosion-resistant carbon steel flat products imported from the two countries, the department said.
