Law360, New York (July 27, 2012, 3:38 PM ET) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission said Thursday that it will be looking into ObjectVideo's allegations that surveillance camera supplier Pelco Inc. is infringing a group of the company's video monitoring patents.
The ITC said that it has voted to institute a Section 337 infringement investigation into video analytics software developer and patent holder ObjectVideo's claims that Pelco is importing and selling surveillance cameras and related products that infringe four separate patents.
