Law360, New York (July 27, 2012, 6:01 PM ET) -- The U.S. Food and Drug Administration has lifted its ban on the import of nearly all drugs from a Mexican plant run by Dr. Reddy's Laboratories Ltd. more than a year after issuing an alert saying the company had violated drug testing and maintenance requirements at the facility, Dr. Reddy's said Friday.
The FDA informed India-based Dr. Reddy's that various concerns over potentially adulterated pharmaceuticals from its Quimicas Falcon de Mexico SA de CV facility in Cuernavaca, Mexico, have been resolved, the company said.
