Avon Negotiating With Feds To Settle FCPA Probe

Law360, New York (August 01, 2012, 11:44 AM ET) -- Scandal-plagued Avon Products Inc. is in settlement talks with the U.S. Department of Justice and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to resolve allegations it bribed foreign officials in violation of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, the company revealed Wednesday.
