CIT Says Commerce Still Didn't Get Bearing Co. Duties Right

Law360, New York (August 02, 2012, 7:55 PM ET) -- The U.S. Court of International Trade on Thursday again rejected a dumping margin calculated by the Department of Commerce against a Chinese bearing manufacturer, saying that the regulator intentionally failed to comply with the court's instructions on recalculating.
