Law360, New York (August 10, 2012, 8:40 PM ET) -- U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission staff recommended Thursday that the regulator ban the magnet sets targeted in two recent lawsuits it filed, continuing a nearly unprecedented stand against the product that attorneys say is indicative of the agency's increasingly aggressive enforcement tactics.
