Law360, New York (August 14, 2012, 8:17 PM ET) -- A federal judge said Tuesday that the U.S. Department of Commerce had given the impression that it was hunting for the highest possible dumping margin in an anti-dumping duty case over Chinese ironing tables, and remanded recent final review results back to the agency.
