MoFo Brings Aboard Covington ITC Patent Pro

Law360, New York (August 21, 2012, 2:13 PM ET) -- Morrison & Foerster LLP has welcomed the arrival in Washington of a former Covington & Burling LLP intellectual property litigator experienced in representing Chinese and Taiwanese companies in U.S. International Trade Commission patent proceedings, to help extend MoFo's reach throughout Asia, the firm said Tuesday.

Johnny Chiu, who formerly worked in Covington's Washington office, has moved to MoFo's own branch there, where he will serve as a partner in the firm's intellectual property litigation, patent litigation and Chinese intellectual property practices.
