Law360, New York (August 21, 2012, 1:02 PM ET) -- The U.S. and Japan lodged complaints with the World Trade Organization on Tuesday over Argentina's import licensing policies, formalizing long-standing claims that the rules unfairly restrict foreign access to domestic markets.
