Law360, New York (August 23, 2012, 5:07 PM ET) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission said Thursday it would review a finding by one of its judges that tape library manufacturer BDT AG hadn't infringed two data storage patents belonging to Overland Storage Inc.
The commissioners said the review was granted after both sides appealed the June 21 ruling, with Overland looking for another chance to prove infringement and BDT asking for the ITC to go further and declare the two data patents invalid.
