ITC Drops Probe Into Drill Bit Maker's Patent Claims

Law360, New York (August 24, 2012, 5:02 PM ET) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission has killed an investigation into a drill bit manufacturer's claims that four companies are importing products that infringe its patented technology used in mineral mining, according to a Federal Register notice to be filed Monday.
