EU To Probe Dumping Of Argentine, Indonesian Biodiesel

Law360, New York (August 29, 2012, 5:55 PM ET) -- European officials have launched an investigation into imports of Argentine and Indonesian biodiesel after receiving a complaint by the European Biodiesel Board alleging that such products were being dumped in the European Union, according to a notice published Wednesday.
