Foreign Trade Law Won't Bar Nokia LCD Antitrust Claims: Judge

Law360, New York (August 30, 2012, 9:32 PM ET) -- The California federal judge overseeing multidistrict antitrust litigation over liquid crystal display prices refused to pare Nokia Corp.'s case against Samsung Electronics. Co. Ltd, Toshiba Corp. and others Wednesday, rejecting their argument that certain claims were barred by the Foreign Trade Antitrust Improvements Act.
