Law360, New York (September 05, 2012, 7:47 PM ET) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission said Tuesday that it planned to conduct a full review of the existing anti-dumping tariffs attached to imports of ammonium nitrate, a fertilizer component, from Ukraine in order to assess whether the duties should be revoked.
