Fed. Circ. Reverses ArcelorMittal Steel Duties Ruling

Law360, New York (September 07, 2012, 7:42 PM ET) -- The Federal Circuit on Friday reversed a ruling that stainless steel plate in coils imported by ArcelorMittal Stainless Belgium NV are within the scope of an anti-dumping order, finding the analysis by the U.S. Court of International Trade was incorrect.

The CIT affirmed a ruling from the U.S. Department of Commerce that ArcelorMittal's products that are more than 4.75 millimeters when they are ordered but less than 4.75 millimeters when they are delivered fall within the scope of the anti-dumping order, but the Federal Circuit concluded...
