Law360, New York (September 12, 2012, 4:53 PM ET) -- A Maryland federal judge on Tuesday refused to dismiss charges that an Iranian-born U.S. citizen helped provide satellite technology to Iran, rejecting the man's argument that most of the accusations were time-barred.
