Law360, New York (September 12, 2012, 5:27 PM ET) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission has determined that removing anti-dumping duties on certain magnesium products from China would harm the domestic industry for the goods, a decision that would leave the duty order in place, the agency said Wednesday.
In a 3-0 vote, the trade agency's commissioners found that lifting an anti-dumping duty order on pure granular magnesium imported from China — duties that the ITC was examining as part of a five-year sunset review — would cause continued or recurring economic injury to domestic producers....
