ITC To Probe Rare Earth Magnet Imports By Bose, Others

Law360, New York (September 18, 2012, 2:01 PM ET) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission said Wednesday it would take up an investigation to determine whether Bose Corp., DeWALT Industrial Tool Corp., Adidas America Inc. and others imported patent-infringing rare earth magnets or products, including speakers and power tools, containing the magnets.
