Law360, New York (September 19, 2012, 5:27 PM ET) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission determined Wednesday that removing anti-dumping duties on polyester staple fiber from China would likely harm domestic producers of the goods, a finding that effectively keeps the duty order in place.
With a 5-0 vote, the ITC said the results of a five-year sunset review showed that there was a likelihood that revoking the anti-dumping duty order would lead to the continuation or recurrence of economic injury to the domestic industry. One of the commissioners did not participate in the vote....
