Law360, New York (September 27, 2012, 4:10 PM ET) -- Latham & Watkins LLP has snatched a former patent examiner and electrical engineer with international trade and intellectual property experience from Kilpatrick Stockton LLP to join its Washington, D.C., office as a partner, the firm said Wednesday.
