China Still Not Meeting WTO Commitments, USTR Hears

Law360, Washington (October 03, 2012, 4:30 PM ET) -- U.S. steel, technology and other industry representatives pushed the U.S. Trade Representative on Wednesday to crack down on China's continuing noncompliance with its World Trade Organization commitments, saying the country still has significant barriers for foreign companies entering the manufacturing and retail markets.
