Garmin Seeks To Halt ITC Probe Over Microprocessor Patent

Law360, New York (October 03, 2012, 7:58 PM ET) -- Navigation device maker Garmin Ltd. on Tuesday joined a bid by Sierra Wireless Inc. to halt a U.S. International Trade Commission investigation in a microprocessor patent row because it was allegedly not disclosed that the ownership of the patent is being disputed by one of its inventors in a California state court suit.
