US To Investigate Possible Canadian Paper Mill Subsidies

Law360, New York (October 04, 2012, 7:25 PM ET) -- U.S. Trade Representative Ron Kirk on Thursday agreed to examine whether a financial package reportedly offered by Canada to restart a Nova Scotia paper mill violates trade agreements after a Maine congressman raised concerns about the deal.
