EPA Widens Restrictions List For Chemical Makers, Importers

Law360, New York (October 04, 2012, 7:44 PM ET) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is set to impose new restrictions on chemical companies requiring them to inform the agency before manufacturing, processing or importing dozens of new chemicals, according to a preview of Friday's Federal Register.
