Law360, New York (October 12, 2012, 6:41 PM ET) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission on Friday announced an investigation into Gnosis SpA and Macoven Pharmaceuticals Inc. products that allegedly infringe patents owned by a Swiss Merck KgaA unit and others for ingredients in certain reduced folate dietary supplements.
