Law360, New York (October 12, 2012, 6:57 PM ET) -- Anti-dumping and countervailing duties approved Wednesday by the U.S. Department of Commerce on China-imported solar panels will create “trade friction” in the international energy industry, a Chinese commerce ministry official said Friday.
