Law360, New York (October 16, 2012, 8:28 PM ET) -- The U.S. Court of International Trade ordered the Department of Commerce on Monday to back up the countervailing duty rate it assigned to Essar Steel Ltd. for allegedly taking government subsidies from an Indian state, a rate Essar said was uncorroborated.
