Wal-Mart Taps Compliance Pro Amid Mexico Bribery Probe

Law360, New York (October 24, 2012, 9:22 PM ET) -- Wal-Mart has snagged a Sidley Austin LLP litigation expert as its compliance chief and will merge its compliance, investigations and legal operations under its general counsel, the retailer said Monday amid a probe into allegations that it bribed foreign officials to aid its expansion in Mexico.
