Law360, New York (October 25, 2012, 2:34 PM ET) -- Federal authorities on Thursday arrested a California-based U.S. Customs and Border Protection officer accused of helping importers, and his ex-wife, smuggle clothing manufactured in China to skirt more than $781,000 in duties and import taxes.
