US Asks Fed. Circ. To Affirm Chinese Magnesium Duty

Law360, Los Angeles (October 26, 2012, 2:53 PM ET) -- The U.S. Court of International Trade acted properly in sustaining the Commerce Department's 112 percent anti-dumping duty on magnesium from Tianjin Magnesium International Co. Ltd., government attorneys told the Federal Circuit on Thursday, saying the rate should be affirmed due to clear evidence that a prior lower rate was tainted by fraud.
