Law360, New York (December 19, 2012, 5:36 PM ET) -- Two Chinese nationals have been accused by federal authorities of attempting to smuggle out of the U.S. technology used in missile and military radar systems, according to an indictment unsealed Tuesday in Oregon.
Wan Li Yuan and an unknown accomplice were charged in a 12-count indictment with conspiracy and money laundering in connection with their alleged attempt to obtain dual-use programmable logic devices manufactured by Lattice Semiconductor Corp. based in Hillsboro, Ore.
