Chinese, German Paper Dumping May Pose Threat

Law360, New York (November 19, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- The United States International Trade Commission said on Friday that there is a reasonable possibility that American industry is being hurt by Chinese state subsidies for lightweight thermal paper and by dumping of the paper from China and Germany.
