Calif. Retailers Better Check Their Supply Chains

Law360, New York (April 16, 2015, 1:23 PM EDT) -- Recently, the California Department of Justice sent letters to a large number of retailers and manufacturers notifying them they may be subject to California's Transparency in Supply Chains Act. This is the state government's first step toward enforcing the law since it took effect in 2012.
