Law360, New York (May 15, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- Texas-based technology licensing company Saxon Innovations LLC has added two new patents to a lawsuit accusing several technology companies of infringing patents related to common personal computer tasks.
In an amended complaint filed Thursday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, Saxon accused Intel Corp., Apple Inc., Gateway Inc., Acer America Corp., Hewlett-Packard Co., Dell Inc. and Asus Computer International Inc. of infringing all or some of seven of its patents.
