Number Of New Clean Energy Patents Drops Slightly

Law360, New York (June 04, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- After reaching an all-time high in 2008, the number of U.S. patents granted in the clean energy sector fell slightly in the first quarter of 2009, according to an intellectual property law firm that tracks such statistics.
