Law360, New York (June 11, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- A group of defendants including Sirius XM Radio Inc., RadioShack Corp., Toyota Motor Sales USA Inc. and American Honda Motor Co. Inc. has been targeted in a lawsuit over two patents related to content distribution by satellite radio service providers.
Consumer Satellite Radio LLC filed a complaint Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, naming seven defendants and seeking damages and injunctive relief.
