Law360, New York (June 17, 2009, 12:00 AM ET) -- Hasbro Inc., Crutchfield Corp. and a few other defendants rounded up in Clear With Computers Inc.’s suit over computerized sales system patents have argued that the mere fact that they each operate a Web site is not enough for CWC’s infringement claims to stand.
