King & Spalding Pulls Aboard Six IP Attorneys

Law360, New York (September 26, 2006, 12:00 AM ET) -- King & Spalding has nabbed a seasoned attorney who co-founded a former IP boutique and five IP attorneys to boost its capabilities in patent and trademark litigation and patent prosecution.

The team of attorneys has come to King & Spalding’s Atlanta office from Kilpatrick Stockton LLP. The team includes 40-year veteran Tony Askew, co-founder of IP boutique Jones & Askew, which was acquired by Kilpatrick in 2000.
