Law360, New York (October 03, 2006, 12:00 AM ET) -- Closing a chapter in a drawn-out patent infringement dispute, Internet market research company NetRatings Inc. has licensed its patent portfolio to Web analytics firm Coremetrics.
The settlement between Coremetrics and NetRatings effectively dismisses all pending legal claims and marks the end of a standoff over NetRatings’ patents related to the analysis of computer usage and activity information.
