Rolls-Royce In Battle Over Trade Secrets

Law360, New York (October 04, 2006, 12:00 AM ET) -- Rolls-Royce Corp. has filed a federal trademark suit claiming a helicopter repair company stole its trade secrets, just days after the same company filed a lawsuit against Rolls-Royce alleging tortious interference and violations of the Sherman Act.

Rolls-Royce's lawsuit, filed in district court in Indianapolis on Monday, levels charges including unfair competition in violation of the Lanham Act, misappropriation of trade secrets, unjust enrichment and theft.
