Swath Of Claims Cut From Wellbutrin Antitrust Action

Law360, New York (August 03, 2009, 4:38 PM ET) -- A federal judge has dismissed most of the claims brought by a group of employee benefit plans in a putative antitrust class action alleging that Biovail Corp. and GlaxoSmithKline PLC conspired to stifle the market for a generic version of antidepressant Wellbutrin XL.
