Law360, New York (August 04, 2009, 7:14 PM ET) -- A federal judge has dismissed eight discovery-abuse allegations brought by HRD Corp. against Dow Chemical Co. and has awarded Dow the cost of defending the motion, in a long-running contract and trade secrets dispute over a failed joint business venture to produce polyethylene wax products.
Judge Joseph J. Farnan Jr. issued his opinion Thursday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware.
