Law360, New York (August 12, 2009, 4:00 PM ET) -- Orchid Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Ltd. and its subsidiary Orgenus Pharma Inc. have reached an agreement with Schering-Plough Corp. that will allow Orchid to bring two generic versions of Schering's allergy drug Clarinex to the U.S. market in 2012.
