Judge OKs Price-Fixing Claims In Air Cargo MDL

Law360, New York (August 24, 2009, 3:22 PM ET) -- Citing Twombly, a federal judge overseeing multidistrict antitrust litigation against a group of major airlines has kept alive the action's Sherman Act claims despite a magistrate judge's recommendation that they be tossed, saying the plaintiffs established plausible grounds to allege an agreement among the carriers to fix air cargo prices.
