Law360, New York (August 31, 2009, 2:33 PM ET) -- A U.S. International Trade Commission administrative law judge has issued an initial determination finding that dynamic random access memory manufacturers including Acer Inc., Elpida Memory Inc. and Nanya Technology Corp. have not infringed three Tessera Inc. semiconductor chip packaging patents.
