PT Garuda Faces Australian Air Cargo Cartel Suit

Law360, New York (September 02, 2009, 1:51 PM ET) -- PT Garuda Indonesia Ltd. has become the latest airline to be hit with a lawsuit by Australia's competition regulator as part of a long-running probe into cartel activity in the international air cargo industry.
