Microsoft Wins Stay In $290M Word Patent Fight

Law360, New York (September 04, 2009, 1:24 PM ET) -- A federal appeals court has granted Microsoft Corp. a stay of a district court's injunction that was set to block the software giant from selling its Word software — at least until the court can hear Microsoft's appeal in a patent infringement dispute brought by technology firm i4i Inc.
