Medical Data Firms Trade Accusations In Patent Suit

Law360, New York (October 19, 2006, 12:00 AM ET) -- In the latest development in a battle over a patent for storing digital medical images, InSiteOne Inc. has accused i3 Archive Inc. and i3 subsidiary National Digital Medial Archive Inc. of encroaching on InSiteOne’s intellectual property.

On September 25, i3 and National Digital Media Archive (NDMA) filed a complaint against InSiteOne seeking declaratory judgment, apprehensive that InSiteOne would sue them for infringing U.S. Patent Number 6,574,742.
