US Wants CIT To Throw Out Funai Digital TV Suit

Law360, New York (September 11, 2009, 2:13 PM ET) -- The U.S. government has asked the U.S. Court of International Trade to throw out a suit by Funai Electric Co. Ltd. challenging a ruling by U.S. Customs and Border Protection to allow digital televisions made by Vizio Inc. and others into the country, allegedly in violation of an exclusion order.
